Scotia Bank Half. Wanting to train for the Half Marathon on June 25th? Everybody welcome. Meet the Current Group at the Ambleside Concession @ 9am. This is an informal training group. Run with a group, nobody get's left behind if you can run for 66 minutes.

  • Run with a group, nobody get's left behind if you can run for 66 minutes!
  • All runs will proceed at 9:00am except under EXTREME weather conditions
  • Washrooms are available at all the meeting locations
  • Bring your own water bottle, water may not be available on the route
  • Wear good shoes
  • Dress for weather conditions, layers are good
  • Eat something before the runs, drink a cup of water in the hour before
  • Give the leaders feedback if the program is not meeting expectations
  • Discuss any unusual discomfort or pains with your leaders!
