Learn to Run Program – Step 2

Week 9 Session A
66 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 10 minutes only.
Repeat this 6 times for a total of 66 minutes.
  Session B
33 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 10 minutes only.
Repeat this 3 times for a total of 33 minutes.
Week Total 143 minutes Session C
44 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 10 minutes only.
Repeat this 4 times for a total of 44 minutes.
