This ten –week program is ideal for those who want to learn to run but feel the 10km distance is too strenuous. The emphasis in the Learn to Run Program is to motivate and encourage you to move safely from walking to running continuously for 30 minutes.

Learn to Run Program – Step 1

Week 9 Session A
36 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 8 minutes only.
Repeat this 4 times for a total of 36 minutes.
  Session B
36 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 8 minutes only.
Repeat this 4 times for a total of 36 minutes.
Week Total 108 minutes Session C
36 minutes
Walk for 1 minute then jog slowly for 8 minute only.
Repeat this 4 times for a total of 36 minutes.
