A 12 week program designed for those who want to include a walking program into their lives and those who used to run and now wish to take a gentler and more leisurely approach to keeping fit. The walks will take a failry brisk pace. The emphasis of this program is to keep all participants injury free and motivated to keep walking.

Valuable advice and walking tips are given each session.
